Request an application through the “Application Request” heading above. Requests that meet minimum qualifications will receive the application via email.
How long does it take?
Funding times may vary and depend on a variety of circumstances. Funding rounds average 90 days and there are currently four funding rounds per year. Selected practices will receive funding in order of selection, as the funds are raised.
